Katrina Kaif, the sizzling hot babe of bollywood who has been lucky mascot for several of Akshay Kumar and others’ super hit flicks like ‘Namaste London’, ‘Welcome’, ‘Singh Is Kinng’ and more recently ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’(with Ranbir Kapoor), has no films in hand, except Prakash Jha’s ‘Rajneeti’.

Sources close to the actress reveal that Katrina Kaif had earlier been considered by Akshay Kumar starrer flick ‘Tees Maar Khan’ and director Farah Khan was even in favor of her, but things did not work out in the final analysis. It is said that Akshay Kumar wanted some fresh face this time with him in the upcoming mega venture and hence suggested the name of ‘Delhi 6’ girl Sonam Kapoor.

Katrina Kaif is jobless!

She may be one of the most sough after actresses in the industry, but believe it or not Katrina Kaif has no films on her hand after Prakash Jha’s Raajneeti. The actress who is currently in London after undergoing an appendix surgery has no project officially on her hand. There are rumours that Katrina is calling all the producers and directors from her contact list to consider her for their next projects but hasn’t been able to strike any deal as yet.

At last Katrina succeeded to win an award by Filmfare. The award is none other than but beautiful heroine no.1 of the year. It seems as this award has made her proud that s why she turned down the offer of Rakesh Roshan’s sequel ‘krrish’ opposite to Hritik Roshan who is heart throb of film industry and has worked with all the leading actresses of this time. Apparently she told the reason of this refusal that its shooting schedules clashed with that of Karan Joher’s Dostana sequel. Well the reason is nevertheless a solid one but imagine how beautiful this pair would be if ever appeared in any movie. But this was not first and last offer. Time will surely join them together in future very soon.

DREAMS COME TRUE OF KATRINA AND AKSHAY

Akshay and Katrina starred movie has taken a good start not only in India but overseas as well, as the reports show so far. The movie’s first day collection is 7 crore and its producer Ratan Jain is hopeful for its good business on box office.Jain Comments on this good start as;
“Not just in U.K even in Dubai the film has already made 15 lac dirham in two days. The film is a very good success for us”.
It means that Katrina’s visit to Ajmer Sharif has proved fruitful for her.
Akshay who was in need of a blockbuster, his dreams have come true.
